The Mool Yam restaurant is a conceptual restaurant that was founded in the year 1995 and became a pioneer in the Israeli culinary field. At the Mul Yam restaurant they specialize in sea food and fish. The restaurant is one of the oldest in the field and is considered until this day to be one of the best restaurants in Tel Aviv and in Israel in general.
As a seafood and fish restaurant, the restaurant is of course located near the sea –the Tel Aviv port. The menu was created by Chef Yoram Nitzan that is considered to be one of the senior chefs and a pioneer in the restaurant field in Israel.
