The general area has a heated indoor Dead Sea water pool (cold in the summer), relaxing areas, and a Jacuzzi, whereas as the Private Royal Spa offers guests a range of high-quality treatments by a highly professional staff. The hotel also offers a gym, an outdoor pool and sports facilities. A private beach provides seating and drinking water, and guests can choose to dine in the main restaurant or the bar lounge. Additional features include a playground, shops and facilities for the disabled. A babysitting service is also provided, and parking is available for an extra charge. 

All rooms at the Rimonim Royal Spa have a magnificent view of the Dead Sea and the surrounding mountains. Rooms include a TV with cable channels, a telephone with voicemail, air conditioning and a mini bar. There is also a radio and sage, and the bathroom includes a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
