Pleased with the hotel booked through Yourway and service of airport transfers. But did have a problem with informing Yourway of last minute change to arrival time without a computer to email from at the airport and not speaking Hebrew when calling the office. It would have been useful to have a mobile number to text as I had to contact the travel agent otherwise pleased with the service.

The guide was very good. We loved Petra and were glad that we chose the 2 day tour instead of the 1 day. However, the following two parts of the itinerary were not included and we had counted on getting some sights of Wadi Rum. 04:30 PM - Pick-up from Petra hotel and drive to Wadi Rum for observation and pictures. 06:30 PM - Arrive to Aqaba for a short panoramic tour of the city Also, we were taken to a different hotel than we were told on the confirmation. The hotel, Al Anbat, was excellent and we had no complaints. It was just a bit disconcerting.

Excellent tour with knowledgeable tour guide and good bus driver. The driver who collected everyone and took us to the bus however was a dangerous driver, dirty, bad tempered man.

The Petra one day tour was amazing! Our guide(Ramsy) was very good and provided lots of interesting details and information on the way to Petra(LONG travelling times-be prepared) and at the site. Organisation was excellent and support was provided all the time.Thankyou! I shall definitely use your services agian in future.

The trip was great! As it involved crossing the border to Jordan, it had a certain level of complexity. Everything worked fine. The customs process took time, but it is beyond the tour guilt. The guide walked fast in Petra and talked with a difficult accent in English.

Good tour! Everything good! Very friendly the young man guide, but he must speack slowly , his english was so difficult to understand! Wonderful place where we had lunch!!

Good tour , despite the fact very fast !! Lot to see! Lunch very good, good place. The guide, HAIA, very good, inteligent and funny!! We met her many times after in other places!! I didn't know that if you go to Ein Guedi you cannot swim at Dead Sea!! I change during the tour!!!

I had a great time on this tour. The guides were all friendly and highly knowledgeable, the days were well planned, and I saw lots of new things in Israel as well as revisiting some favorite places (this was my second visit to the country). I would certainly recommend the day trips with your company, but next time I will make my own arrangements for accommodation. The Park Hotel in Jerusalem was really sub-standard both in facilities and service, and even one of your guides commented to me that it is 'not a very nice hotel'. My two night stay there was the one disappointing aspect of an otherwise enjoyable and inspiring visit to the Holy Land.

We had a great service from the staff . The tour was comprehensive and covered all the main points of interest . Punctuality ,good explanations and care for the customers are the topics of greatest strength

The tour was excellent - very informative and a great experience. We had some trouble with the tour pick-up. Instructions were unclear about where to wait at the pick-up point and it was a taxi that was sent to collect to us to bring us to the tour bus - we were expecting the bus. We almost missed the tour as the taxi driver left when he couldn't find us; had it not been for the helpful hotel staff, who contacted the tour operator to resend the taxi. Fortunately the enjoyable time we had on the tour made up for the shaky start.

We booked a 4-day/3-night Northern Israel tour. This was actually 4 1-day tours, with overnight lodging. Different people joined our tour each day, depending upon the days that they chose. Some people went back to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem each day, the overnight people went to hotels or kibbutz guest houses. The logistics were well orchestrated. Bein Harim actually conducted the tours. Depending upon the number of people, we were either in a full size or medium size tour bus. The tour guides were excellent. They knew the history of the places that we visited, and added their own personal experiences and stories. Very interesting places and excellent overnight accommodations. There was time at the various locations for shopping as well as time to catch your breath and grab lunch. I would recommned any of the Yourway/Bein Harim tours to friends and family. Reasonably priced and very enjoyable and educational.

It was all we expected, and followed the schedule posted on the web site just about exactly. Our guide was very good and had an easygoing manor while still maintaining tight control of our group. His knowledge of the site, and how long it would take to see everything, was great. We were picked up on time in the morning, and got back to Eilat just a few minutes past 7:00 pm. We would definitely recommend this company.

we went to Petra for a day from Eilat. Congratulations for the organization. It was perfect. Good timing, good planning etc... However the guide´s English was poor and hard to follow after a while.

I recently went on a tour to Bet Shean and the Golan Heights. My tour guide was Moshe and he was absolutely excellent. He ensured that I was continuosly learning the entire day, encouraged discussion and questions which made the day all the more valuable and fruitful. Moshe had the passion to reeact different scenes from Roman times at the ruins which only made the experience more real and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend the company but especially Moshe as a tour guide. One of my most unforgetable tours in Israel. thank you for such a rewarding and memorable experience!

We took the Mini Israel Classical Tour, 4 Days and it was excellent. All the tour guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the history of Israel and were able to answer all questions. They took our safety into consideration given that we were two young student travellers and arranged a couple of hotel changes for us ! Tours were set at good times (leave at 7:15 or 7:30am) and get back for around 5:30pm giving you plenty of time to enjoy dinner in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. The Tal Hotel in Tel Aviv was fantastic- very good value for money, and excellent buffet-style breakfast with several healthy menu options. Visiting the DEAD SEA is a must !!!! Absolutely beautiful scenery. The floating experience is one you will never forget! In fact the entire 4 day tour was just perfect given that we were only in Israel for 6 days. We appreciated the fact that YourWay was able to process our reservation at the eleventh hour (24 hours before our flight to Israel! Very responsive - great service.

Had a fantastic tour of the pyramids, museum, perfumery and papyrus factory. The guide was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly and really genuine. Definitely made our tour. All of the various staff we met were nice too Our pick up time was changed very late in the day, but when we informed them that we couldn't get into Eilat that early they were helpful in waiting for us. Only problems were that the arrival time was given as approximately 12 midnight for our return, however we weren't warned that due to road closures we were delayed and didn't arrive until 7am. This meant we had paid for a hostel room we couldn't use.

The tour was very pleasant and well organized although it was one of the hottest days in August. The tour guide was well-informed, direct, with a good sense of humor. We had delicious, lavish dinner at Capernaum. Very recommended!

Our trip to Caesarea was simply great. The day tour was fascinating thanks to the very friendly and patient tour guides. Their interesting explanations about the places made the sites pleasure to visit while at the same time educational and informative. We booked 4 daily tours through Yourway. we were actually a group of 6 and toured along with others in a 19-seater air-conditioned, comfortable bus. Their programme is well-designed. They also took us to very good places for lunch. I especially enjoyed the tour of Caesarea, Haifa, Acre and Rosh Hanikra. It was a spectacular drive along the coast from Tel Aviv and included a scenic view of the Bahai Gardens. The cable-car ride in Rosh Hanikra to visit the limestone grottoes is unforgettable! All their guides are very friendly and eager to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Israel.

Our family took the one day tour of Masada and the Dead Sea departing from Tel Aviv. Everything was easy and smooth from booking to pick-up and drop-off. Our guide was very knowledgeable, personable, and caring. This was our second tour with Yourway and both time we have been very satisfied with the services and the price.

The trip to Petra was well organized, the driver came on time for the hotel pickup and was friendly and made me comfortable during the journey to Petra. The horse ride, entrance ticket, and the tour guide are all included in what you pay. Petra was out of this world and I enjoyed every bit of my tour.
