Tour Route
The tour into the northern areas of the city of Tel-Aviv starts by the Tel-Aviv harbor where we'll meet by the Max Brenner Café. From there, after you have met the rest of the group and the guide, you will get the segway that will be yours for the tour and you will receive a short instruction on how to use the machine. After all members of the group are confident using the machine (this will take about 15 minutes) we will set out traveling north. Firstly we will pass through the renewed Tel-Aviv harbor. The harbor underwent major renovations about 10 years ago and it has become one of the most dynamic places in Tel-Aviv. Here you can find endless shopping opportunities, restaurants and night clubs. On our way we will pass by restaurants and the beautiful landmarks of the harbor.
At the most northerly point of the harbor we go onto the Reading Bridge and cross over the Yarkon River out of the city of Tel-Aviv. From there we continue traveling north along the beautiful promenade which reaches all the way to the Hertzalya beaches. Along the way we will go past the Reading power station located in the northern most part of the city, here we can also see airplanes coming into land at the local airport, Sda Dov. At this point (Sda Dov) we begin our return journey to Tel-Aviv harbor where we will end the tour.
